Alright folks. I'm going to talk to you about the latest book I read. The book is called Rachel's Tears. It is a non-fiction book about the girl known as Rachel Scott, one of the girls who was killed in Colombine, the place where one of America's mostly dealiest school shootings took place. She is also a Christian martyr.
This book talks about Rachel Scott's spiritual journey with God and Christianity. Not only that it, it talks about how her faith inspired her to be the best person she can be. It also includes excerpts from her diary, and how she knew she was going to die young someday, and how her death would help change the lives of millions of people across the globe.
I higly recommend this book. It is one of the few non-fiction pieces that has ever earned my favor. This book is inspiring and uplifting. And any kind of Christian will be able to read it. And even people who aren't Christians might find it enjoyable. Be warned, there are some themes such as sex and smoking. (These come up when her parents mention Rachel's struggle with peer pressure.) But as I said, a good read.
